No one was ready for a full-scale war in the heart of Europe.
Charitable foundations, no matter how well-organized, cannot meet the needs of a country as large as Ukraine. We can, however, do it together.

ARE DONATIONS TAX-DEDUCTIBLE?REBUILD20 is not an NGO, but it can collaborate with international NGOs. The official partner of REBUILD20 in the United States is Ukraine House DC Foundation.
Is REBUILD20 A CHARITY FOUNDATION?REBUILD20 is the official fundraising platform of Ukraine. It is not a charity fund, nor is it an NGO. 100% of the funds raised are transferred to the official accounts of the National Bank of Ukraine, linked to key ministries: the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economy, and the Ministry of Education and Science. The platform's work is regulated by the Resolution No 472 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from April 19, 2022.
WHAT PERCENTAGE OF THE FUNDS GOES TO AID UKRAINE?100% of the funds raised via REBUILD20 are transferred to the accounts of the National Bank, and then used to help Ukraine. Every dollar of your donation is put to good use!
HOW DOES REBUILD20 GUARENTEE TRANSPARENCY?Transparency and efficiency are the main principles of REBUILD20. Income and expenditure reports are updated weekly. REBUILD20 is audited by two leading international audit firms: Deloitte and BDO, each of which specializes in certain areas of the platform's activities. Deloitte is responsible for verifying the correct use of funds in the areas of Defense and Medical Aid, while BDO audits Education and Science, Rebuild Ukraine, and Humanitarian Demining. Audits of compliance with the Procedure for the Use of Accounts for Attracting Voluntary Contributions (Charitable Donations) in Support of Ukraine REBUILD20 in respect of funds raised through REBUILD20 are conducted on a semi-annual and annual basis.
